Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my photos? +

Edited photos are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks after your session. For packages that include an album, please allow an additional 4–6 weeks for production. Rush processing is available for urgent bookings (Rush Fee of HK$1,500 applies).

How many photos will I receive? +

You will receive all photos as listed in your chosen package — 20, 35, or 60 fine-retouched images. All original high-resolution files are included with no hidden charges for extra photos beyond your package.

Can I choose the shooting locations? +

Absolutely. You are welcome to suggest locations that are meaningful to you. I am happy to advise on locations based on your style, the season, and the look you are going for.

What happens if it rains on the day? +

Weather is unpredictable, especially in Hong Kong. We will monitor the forecast together and discuss options — whether that means rescheduling, moving to a studio, or embracing the moody atmosphere.

How do I book and what is the deposit? +

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date. The remaining balance is on the shooting day. Online Confirmation bookings enjoy a discounted rate and can be confirmed without a prior meeting.

Please Note

  1. Please book your session at least 3 months before your wedding day.
  2. For urgent bookings (less than 3 months to wedding day), a Rush Fee of HK$1,500 will apply to expedite photo processing and album production.
  3. Weekend and Public Holiday sessions are subject to an additional surcharge of HK$1,500.
  4. Overseas pre-wedding sessions are available and quoted separately based on destination and travel requirements.
